Hmmmm.....

Distance: 6 miles
Time: 59:38
AvHR: 139

Well - the usual Average HR, but about 5 mins slower than I was at. The first half of the run was dire, but the second half picked up for some unknown reason. There were lots of walk breaks at points where normally I could BT with no probs :o(

Worse though, was the fact that the knee was twingeing badly. Not impossibly so, but I fear it will continue to play up and I may have to defer :o(

Maybe you should give yourself a massage to relax your muscles. Knee pain is always the problem when it comes to running. GOD bless!
